	Neighborhood Park Patrols Metro Parks Tacoma partners with the Safe Streets to create Neighborhood Park Patrols to take back their neighborhoods, streets, and parks.
	Natural Area Stewards Natural Area Stewards are dedicated volunteers who are highly involved in planning and coordinating restoration in their local park green spaces.
	Agency Partners Metro Parks partners with agencies, corporations, and groups in the Greater Tacoma Area to create opportunities for the community.
	Meadow Park Volunteers Volunteers at Meadow Park Golf Course are people who volunteer their time to assist in the day-to day operations of the course.
	Conservatory/Greenhouse Volunteers Volunteers at the Greenhouse and Conservatory are an integral part of our operations.  Volunteers assist in every aspect of plant production from propagation to plant sales, and help us deliver programs and maintain excellence in our horticultural displays.
	Garden Clubs New activities blossom every year at local garden clubs. Some clubs host gardener competitions for certain varietals or garden design. Whether a gardener is looking for a garden club membership or just instruction, a Point Defiance garden club offers something for everyone.
