Find fun, friendship and fitness in the FAB program! Join your peers for trips & tours, crafts, singing, volunteering, dancing and more at our local community centers.
Come along on local day trips and leave the driving to us as we explore interesting places in our city and state.

- Birding for Seniors - May 5, 10-11:30 am
Enjoy an educational birding experience with the Point Defiance Park Ranger, adapted for seniors and those with limited mobility. The program highlights the many birds that live in or pass through Point Defiance Park throughout the year.
FREE – this event is made possible by the generous support of the Frank Tobey Jones Senior University program.
