• Call (253) 591-6439 to reserve your party. Please have several date options when you call in case your first choice is unavailable.
• Party dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available on dates when our regular programming is not occuring. We recommend that you book your party as early as possible to ensure your choice of date. 
• We require a two-week minimum for party reservations.
• Access to the party areas is only during the specified times. No early set-up or late departures will be allowed.
• All package maximum capacities are based on fire codes and appropriate use of space. These limits are not negotiable and are enforced. All children, including siblings, must be counted in the maximum capacity for children.
• The complete party fee is due at the time of the reservation. The date is not considered booked until payment is made. There are no refunds.
• If a change in date or type of party package is requested a minimum of 30 days prior to the party date, the entire amount is transferable to another available date. No more than one transfer is allowed.
• There is a fully refundable $100 security deposit due for all parties a minimum of one week before the date of the party. This deposit needs to be paid with a credit card and will be fully refunded to the same card provided that there is no damage to any of the reserved facilities.

	PARTY PACKAGE A - DISCOVERY POND PACKAGE  This party package is available for up to 30 children (ages 3-12), 50 people total and includes: Use of the picnic shelter for 2.5 hours (includes set-up and clean-up time) Indoor space available for inclement weather One-hour exclusive use of Discovery Pond play area (10:30-11:30 or 1:30-2:30) Times are not flexible. 	PARTY PACKAGE C - NATURALIST PARTY PACKAGE  This party package is available for up to 15 children (ages 6-10), 30 people total and includes:  Use of the party room for 2.5 hours (includes set-up and clean-up time) A one hour naturalist-led program with age-appropriate activities, short nature walk and craft Themes available: Furry Friends, Pond Critters, Reptiles Rule Package C available year-round EXCEPT July and August:   Saturdays              $150      10:00 am - 12:30 pm OR      1:00 pm - 3:30 pm
	PARTY PACKAGE D - GEOCACHING ADVENTURE PARTY  This party package is available for up to 16 children (ages 8-12), 30 people total and includes:   Use of the party room for 2.5 hours (includes set-up and clean-up time) The tools and instructions for a 60-minute geocaching adventure in the park Novice or Seasoned levels available Package D is available year-round    Saturdays               $150        10:00 am - 12:30 pm OR        1:00 pm - 3:30 pm

BIRTHDAY CAKE OR CUPCAKES Made especially for us and themed for a nature party at Snake Lake! Serves up to 24:  $20.00 + tax Serves up to 48:  $30.00 + tax (no cupcake option) Pull apart cupcakes or a sheet cake available in vanilla or chocolate cake with vanilla butter cream frosting. Fillings available (cake only): fudge, raspberry, strawberry, cherry, lemon   Cake/cupcakes must be ordered a minimum of one week before party date
