Fort Nisqually’s “Large Store” (also known as the Education Building) is home to the fort’s Research Library.

Our library houses a wide variety of primary and secondary source materials about the history of the fort, fur trade era and the Pacific Northwest in the 19th century. It is open on Thursdays from 1 to 4pm or by appointment.
