Jefferson Park was established in 1922. Visitors to the field house are requested to park on North 9th Street and to avoid using the service road that runs near the children's playfields. Parking is still available adjacent to the building for persons displaying an official disabled parking pass.
RENTALS
Baseball, softball and soccer/football fields are available for rent.
PARK IMPROVEMENTS
2008 - Reforestation was completed with 12-15 trees planted in the vicinity of the new playground and sprayground. Work was funded by the Parks Improvement Bond Measure, approved by the citizens of Tacoma in November of 2005.

BUILDING EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENTS
Replaced one furnace and replaced domestic water fixtures. Project is complete and under warranty. Hand Dryers to be installed.
