On Tuesday April 27, registered voters in Tacoma, Browns Point and Dash Point supported Metro Parks request for a levy increase to maintain Parks and Recreation services and programs.Passage requires 50%, plus one and as of April 29, the measure had a 68.21% approval rate. Ballots will continue to be tallied in the all-mail election which will be certified on May 12.
