The Center is convenient to both Tacoma and South King County and has ample parking. Outside caterers are welcome and liquor may be served with a banquet permit. The Center is located at the intersection of Northshore Pkwy. and Nassau Avenue NE. Open daily for tours.

• Dance Floor: hardwood dance floor
• Parking: 200 parking stalls, 5 handicap stalls

• Decorations: no staples, nails, or duct tape; no confetti or glitter, sand, bird food, rice, no open flame candles. Decorating time included in rental time.
• Alcohol allowed in designated areas (with banquet permit) Beer and wine only.
• 30 round tables - 5 feet in diameter  (60 inches) 10 buffet tables 6x2.5 ft and 240 chairs
• Kitchen amenities: stove, oven, microwave, freezer and refrigerator. Coffee pots  (32 cup) available for rent, $25

Special service:
Staff person(s) remain on site during your event; however, staff are not responsible for decorating or setup.

Availability and terms: Full payment is required upon reservation. A four-hour minimum reservation is required. A refundable damage deposit is required 15 days prior to rental date.
