Titlow Lodge

Built originally as a hotel in 1911, Titlow Lodge is a recently refurbished craftsman style building located in a 49-acre park near the Tacoma Narrows. The Lodge, with ample space for gatherings up to 220 people or banquet seating for 140 people, features a dance floor and kitchen facilities.

Description of services and facility:

  • One large hall and one smaller room for meetings. A small kitchen is also available.
  • Seating: tables and chairs for 140 people
  • Dance floor: hardwood floors throughout, electrical outlets available
  • Parking: 24 parking spaces, 2 handicap stalls, some on-street parking, overflow parking available in nearby swimming pool parking lot.
  • Fully disabled-accessible
  • Decorations: hooks available on wall and ceiling; no tape on walls and floors please; decorating and clean up time included in rental time. (Candles in enclosed containers only).
  • Beer, wine and champagne allowed in designated areas (with banquet permit)

Facility viewing:
Titlow Lodge will be open for general viewing the first and third Sunday of every month from noon - 3 pm. A staff person will be on site to answer questions and show you around.

Special service:
A staff person will remain on site throughout your event.

Terms: Reservations are taken up to 12 months in advance. Full rental fee required to secure date. 4 hour minimum rental required. All events are required to dismiss by midnight. A refundable damage deposit is required.
Titlow Lodge is available Fri-Sun only.
May 1 - Sept 30 rental is $200 per hour.
Oct 1 - April 30 rental is $150 per hour.
A cleaning fee of $150 will be added to all rentals.
