Interns at Metro Parks Tacoma serve without compensation, unless:
- The candidate is a work study student.
- There is a cooperative agreement with the educational institution to directly pay the school a payment on behalf of the student.
These options can be discussed between the MPT Internship Coordinator, Intern Candidate, and Education Institution Advisor.
