![]() View more photos A focal point of Point Defiance Park's Japanese Garden, the 1914 Pagoda is a replica of a 17th century Japanese Lodge. Gardens surrounding the Pagoda feature pools, a waterfall, a picturesque footbridge, cherry trees, azaleas and rhododendrons. The Pagoda accommodates up to 200 people standing or 100 people seated. There is free parking and the building includes a kitchen. Beer, wine and champagne are allowed with a banquet permit. | Description of services and facility: • One large hall with fireplace, 2 dressing rooms and a kitchen • 125 chairs, 13 tables (3'x8'); 11 tables (6'x5'); 3 tables (8'x18") • Parking: 9 parking spaces, 2 handicap spaces, approx 72 vehicles can park on surrounding surface streets, limited overflow park in general Pt Defiance Park parking areas. • Fully disabled-accessible • Gas fireplace • Kitchen amenities: refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven and sink. • Decorations: no staples, nails, or duct tape; decorating time included in rental time • Dance floor with electrical outlets • Beer, wine and champagne allowed in designated areas (with banquet permit). Amenities Available for Rent: • coffee pot (60 cups): $25 • 10 round white resin outdoor tables: $5 each • 100 white resin outdoor chairs: $1 each Special service: Staff person remains on site throughout your event Terms: Reservations are taken up to 12 months in advance. Full rental fee required to secure date. 5 hour minimum rental required. All events are required to dismiss by midnight. A refundable damage deposit is required.
