Private Swim Instruction
Private instruction for all ages. 30-minute lessons are offered at Eastside Pool or Centre at Norpoint.
Fee: 1 student = $20; 2 students = $25

Special Needs Private Swim Lessons
Private instruction for ages 3-18. Specialized instructor works on water adaptation, safety and swim technique.  Thirty-minute lessons are offered at Eastside Pool or Centre at Norpoint.
1 student: $30

Arthritis/Therapeutic Exercise Age: 18Y+
Class aids in reduction of joint pain and ease of movement.
Feels so good and gets you moving.
M/W/F 1:00 – 2:00 PM

Aqua Aerobics: Age 16+
Our water fitness classes are guaranteed to make a splash. Classes are challenging, yet geared to suit any fitness level.
M/W 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (low intensity)
Tu/Th 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM (medium intensity)
M/W/F 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM (high intensity)

Adult Spa & Sauna: Age 18+
Open all hours the Centre is open. Adult Spa is NOT lifeguarded. Closes 1/2 hour before the Centre.
