Strategic Plan

Adopted by the Board of Park Commissioners on August 14, 2006.

The strategic plan will be the road map for Tacoma's future parks and recreation programs. During the planning process, a Citizen Advisory Committee and Metro Parks' staff Project Working Group were formed to facilitate and advise on the work. Citizen input and involvement is the foundation on which the strategic plan was built.
