Pool Water Temperature Alert

Due to a failure of a component on the primary heating system this week, the water at Stewart Heights may be unheated for up to three weeks as we await installation of a replacement part.

A new solar heating component was added to the pool this winter; while it is only a supplemental heating source, we are hopeful that it may help bring the pool to reasonable temperatures until the primary heating system has been restored.

The pool will open on schedule Saturday, June 15 and will operate as an unheated pool until the system repairs can be completed. Admission will be waived for any days in which the water temperature runs below 80 degrees.

Children under the age of seven and those who cannot meet the height requirement must have an adult in the water within an arm's length at all times while the child is in the water.

2013 Swim Passes:

Swim passes are good at both Kandle & Stewart Heights Pools.

The passes will be sold at Eastside Pool from May 13-June 14. Beginning June 15, the passes will be available to purchase at Kandle & Stewart Heights Pools.

Adult pass is $65; Youth pass is $55
