"Exercise is the fountain of youth! Exercise has been shown to have positive effects on pain, sleep, depression, anxiety, chronic diseases, fall prevention, and the list goes on. As we age exercise becomes even more important for our quality of life. I am passionate about working with older adults and those with significant health issues who want to improve their strength, stamina, mobility, flexibility, and balance. “I have personal trained clients for over 10 years and enjoy helping people of all levels reach their fitness goals! Although I have a variety of teaching methods, Pilates holds a special place in my teaching.  Pilates is a unique technique that teaches you how to properly and effectively engage your core and teaches you how to move from your core. The result you get is a toned, much stronger, & deeper connection in the core, along with a healthier spine and increased flexibility. No matter what age or fitness level you’re at, integrating Pilates into your routine is suitable for everyone! My motto is, “you get what you put into it!”
