Adaptive Recreation logo blue redThe Adaptive Strength & Conditioning program takes the science behind traditional exercise training and applies it to those living with physical disabilities. Individuals who live with paralysis, artificial limbs or a condition that impairs mobility – are all encouraged to be a part of this unique program!

The foundation of the program includes elements of circuit training, sport-specific training, high-intensity interval training, resistance training, and aerobic training. Both traditional and adaptive equipment are integrated into the individual exercises.
