Water Exercise Schedule

Eastside Community Center Pool

Water exercise classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance by using the medium of water for fun and fitness.  Open to swimmers and non-swimmers. Ages 16 and older.

$5 per person

  • Mon-Friday: 7-8 am (Water exercise)
  • Mon-Friday: 12-1 pm (Water exercise)
  • Mon/Wed: 7:30-8:30 pm (Water exercise)
  • Saturday: 11 am-12 pm (Water Fitness)
  • Sunday: 8:30-9:30 am (Yoga Boards, 8 max participants )

Norpoint Pool

Water exercise classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance by using the medium of water for fun and fitness.  Open to swimmers and non-swimmers. Ages 16 and older.

  • Fifty and Better: M-Th, 9-10 am
  • High Intensity: M/W/F, 5:30-6:30 pm

People’s Pool

Water exercise classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance by using the medium of water for fun and fitness.  Open to swimmers and non-swimmers. Ages 16 and older.

$4 per person

  • Fifty and Better: M-F, 2 pm – 3 pm
  • High Intensity: T/Th, 7 pm – 8 pm  F  5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

  • Mon-Thurs: 7:30-8:30 pm

  • Mon-Thurs: 5:45-9 am, 11:30 am-2 pm and 7:30-8 pm
  • Friday: 5:45-10 am, 10 am-2 pm and 7:30-8 pm
  • Saturday: 8-9 am and 11:30-1 pm
  • Sunday: 10 am-12 pm
