Instructor approval required for participants younger than 12.

All classes 55 minutes unless specified

Fitness Area

  • Open to ages 18+
  • Youth ages 12 -17 are required to complete a fitness orientation before using the facility
  • Youth 12-15 years of age require adult supervision (18+) to use the gym
  • Youth under the age of 12 are not permitted to use the gym equipment
  • For fitness orientations, assessments and personal training please inquire at the front desk.

Andre truly enjoys all aspects of health and fitness. His passion is to assist individuals reach their optimal health through personal training. He has had the privilege to work with youth populations for over 20 years, serving as a coach and instructor. Andre also volunteers his time as a martial arts instructor to children ages 5 to 18-years-old.

Debby is a group fitness instructor and personal trainer with 22+ years of experience in the health and wellness field. After personally experiencing the benefits of group exercise, strength training, and nutrition, she has dedicated her career to helping others discover how to make lasting health and lifestyle changes. Debby holds several national certifications with ACE, YMCA of the USA and NASM, with a specialty focus on Diabetes Prevention and Weight Loss. Karen has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She loves teaching group exercise classes and is certified in trigger point therapy. Karen likes to focus her training sessions around mobility and specializes in injury rehab. Using her group exercise training, Karen likes to use stability balls and foam rollers, and Bosu balls to stretch tight muscles and increase range of motion. Outside of the gym, you can find Karen spending time with her 3 boys.

Seaquyoiah (Qoi pronounced Koi) has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. After completing her culinary arts degree, she continued her education to obtain a degree in nutrition and sport exercise. Qoi is an ardent believer that exercise can prevent health problems and improve quality of life. She incorporates functional training in her workouts to help clients improve physical performance outside the gym. She also strives to make each workout a challenging learning experience, ensuring clients know how to properly perform exercises along with the ensuing benefits. Qoi looks forward to helping everyone achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. Outside the gym, you can find Qoi swimming in warm tropical waters or enjoying delectable dishes.
