Slow down and combine the efficacy of time spent in nature with the benefits of yoga. When you leave the four walls of a studio or home or office, all of your senses wake up: scent, sight, and touch, in particular, activate parts of the brain that make you more present.
Meet at the Pavilion at the Rhododendron Garden and enjoy a walk along the gravel trail at Pt Defiance. Led by a Yoga Wild instructor, we will stop along the way to practice breathing techniques, mindful movement, and gentle stretches while observing and listening to the forest around us.
