Mind Body Fun

Learn relaxation techniques while having fun. Move your bodies and get in touch with the connections between your thoughts and feelings. Develop self-awareness through movements and art designed to help you feel better. Learn to use your breathing as a tool to settle your mind. The modalities used in this program include: Dahn yoga, qigong, visualization, guided imagery, journaling and art therapy. All abilities welcome.
