Muscle BURNS fat, increases your metabolism and is the foundation of a tone, fit body. Waist and Weights is a 60-minute experience focused on building strength, improving tone and burning fat while learning proper technique and posture. This class also provides 20 minutes of focused core work including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis.
