Neighbors Park is .57 acres.

Neighbors pitch in to clean-up the park HISTORY
In the early 1990s, what is now Neighbors Park was a single vacant lot with significant issues of blight and crime. In 1992, S 8th & I Street Neighbors leased an overgrown plot of land from an attorney for $1 per year. After neighbors testified of the need to the Metro Parks Board, Metro Parks agreed to place Neighbors' Park under their liability insurance. Read more about the history of Neighbors Park.
