Fitness & Wellness Conference

Saturday, March 10th (9:00am-1:00pm)

Reserve your spot for the inaugural FREE Fitness & Wellness Conference at the Center at Norpoint.

This four hour community event features 20+ fitness classes, 6 wellness seminars, 5 healthy cooking classes, as well as complimentary Personal Training consultations, BMI & Postural Assessments with our skilled trainers


About the Event:

Begin at 9 am in the Cascade Hall and listen to Keynote speaker: Dr. Jim Kurtz from NW Sports Rehab.

Then sample our classes during 30 minute sessions. You'll get to try out some of the fitness and wellness classes that Norpoint has to offer. Maybe you'll discover a new class to love!

Vendor Booths will run in the lobby for the duration of the conference from local wellness companies including Chiropractic Centers, Massage Therapists, Cupping, Sports Medicine, Healthy cooking, Nutritional supplements & more! 

There will be classes for all ages, so come one come all to the Norpoint Fitness Conference!
