Metro Arts Visual Arts Classes

Are you wanting to learn a new skill or brush off an old one? Would you like to expand your knowlage in the world of digtital or classic art? Come join us in our visual arts classes! Learn to fashion objects of art and reshape the world around you; take a visual arts class and broaden your abilities!

Metro Arts offers a variety of classes to fill all your artistic needs.

Our classes include: 

Video Production: Become a screen actor as well as a director! Students will work together to create short films that they will write and direct! Students will expand their skills in acting while also earning how to use a camera and how to edit and produce a short film.

Digital Photography: Learn how to work your camera, use editing software, capture and edit photos, learn about lighting and how to go beyond just the "auto" setting. Bring your DSL camera of any brand. You will be looking at the world in a whole new way!

Little Artist's Studio: Young artist will express themselves though color and create fun crafts. Explore painting, drawing and sculpting. During this class participants will also have the chance to learn about different movements though out art history and some of the most important artist though out time.

Intermediate Visual Arts: Work with an amazing group of people, make lifelong friendships and explore various media to create works of art and fine-tune your skills. Explore drawing with graphite, charcoal, pastels and paint. Work together to deepen your knowledge of art concepts and aesthetic perspectives.

Family Paint Night!: Join Metro Arts for a night of painting, snacks and art while making unforgettable memories. Paint a winter or spring themed work of art that will be the perfect addition to your home. Art supplies, snacks, juice and fun will be provided.
