Water Exercise


Water exercise classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance by using the medium of water for fun and fitness. Admission fees vary by location. Open to swimmers and non-swimmers. Ages 16 and older.


Eastside Pool (The final day this pool will be open is 10/19/18)

$4 per person

  • Fifty and Better T, Th 12-1 pm
  • Medium Intensity M, W, F 6:45-7:45 am
  • Aqua Intense M, W 7-8 pm - Aqua Intense is a high powered class designed to provide cardio and resistance training while trying to balance on a floating mat.
  • Yoga Board Fri 5:30-6:30 pm - Yoga Board is a new way to try Yoga! Yoga Board brings traditional yoga possess to the ultimate challenging surface, water.

Eastside Community Center Pool (The first day of operation is 10/22/18)

  • Mon-Friday 7-8 am (Water Exercise)
  • Mon-Friday 12-1 pm (Water Exercise)
  • Mon/Weds 7:30-8:30 pm (Water Exercise)
  • Tues/Thurs 6-7 pm (Aqua Fitness Dance Blast)
  • Friday 7:30-8:30 pm (Aqua Yoga)
  • Saturday 11 am-12 pm (Yoga Board)

Center at Norpoint Pool

$5 per person

  • Fifty and Better M-Th 9-10 am
  • High Intensity M, W, F 5:30-6:30 pm

Mt. Tahoma High School Pool

$4 per person

  • High Intensity M-TH 7:30-8:30 pm (School district schedule may result in some evening closures)

People’s Pool

$4 per person

  • Fifty and Better M-F   2 pm - 3 pm
  • High Intensity T & Th  7 pm - 8 pm  F  5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
